This vine volunteered in my garden this spring. I hoped it might be that delicious variety of cucumber I grew last year. Alas, it is fruit of the squirrels, who planted my fall pumpkin without even trying. It likes the heat. It may cover my entire yard by the time I get home in August.

Rocky Mountain Loop
In 10 days, Don and I plan to leave for Grand Teton National Park, then north to Glacier, Banff and Jasper. From there, we’ll go east across Canada and south through Minnesota to home. We plan to be gone for three weeks.
